Major Account Executive
Current•Achieve all revenue goals through effective solicitations, promotions and customer service•Develop a pipeline of new business through consistent and creative prospecting•Able to demonstrate product knowledge and value to prospects and customers•Possess a deep understanding of local and regional business trends•Collaborate with a Media Strategist to develop solutions, recommendations, proposals and provide exceptional customer service and contract fulfillment•Use Salesforce to manage day to day activity, pipeline and forecasts •Sell multi-platform, integrated marketing solutions and sponsorships to area businesses•Be accountable for both television and local digital revenue performance•Understand the business objectives and marketing strategies of clients, finding ways to help partners achieve their goals, up-sell of existing advertisers, while driving retention, and minimizing product cannibalization.•Sell digital media across traditional, digital, mobile and social platforms •Create innovative multimedia recommendations that integrate proof of performance strategies, indicating engagement and interaction between the client message and potential customers.•Assist in managing accountability to performance by reviewing digital metrics, including forecasting to maximize opportunities and determine areas for improvement.•Network nationally, regionally, and locally to stay abreast of emerging digital trends, rates and product solutions. •Consistently increase new business revenue by staying abreast of technology and media trends including broadcast, digital, social media, SEO, SEM, targeted display, and video.
