With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I have cultivated a strong foundation in technical support, problem-solving, and client service. My journey began by fulfilling the diverse IT needs of numerous physician offices across north Alabama, overseeing the IT needs of over 300 employees.In 2016, I transitioned to a technical support role at a prominent HR software company, where I specialized in assisting HR professionals in configuring and utilizing one of Europe's largest talent acquisition software providers. In addition to serving as a lead technical specialist on my global team, I contributed to quality assurance efforts, ensuring seamless software performance for our clients while maintaining an up-to-date public knowledge base and serving as a key client service specialist to our highest priority customers. My career trajectory led me to RippleWorx in June 2020, where I assumed the role of Lead IT Systems Admin and Information Security Officer. Here, I honed my expertise in Azure, Microsoft, and Atlassian administration, while spearheading the implementation of NIST 800-171 protocols to ensure compliance with stringent data privacy and security standards mandated by the US Government. This role has afforded me the opportunity to obtain certifications in pivotal security frameworks, including the US Data Privacy Framework, TISAX, and ISO.In June 2023, I accepted an additional position as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at RippleWorx, expanding my skill set to encompass test automation with Cypress and cypress.io, as well as proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, REACT Native, and various tools within the Atlassian Suite. I thrive on the challenges of ensuring software quality and reliability, continually seeking opportunities for growth in test automation methodologies.Outside of work, I cherish moments spent with my family, exploring new destinations, and engaging in outdoor activities with our beloved dog, Monty. Game nights, movie nights, and serving as the Game Master in ongoing Dungeons and Dragons campaigns are cherished pastimes that fuel my passion for storytelling and teamwork. Additionally, I enjoy writing children's stories, boxing, exploring virtual reality, and indulging in a wide array of other activities.I am deeply committed to professional growth, client satisfaction, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunities that lie ahead in my career journey.
