Responsible for managing all administrative and financial activities: administrative staff; internal audit and controls; business planning (annual sales $52 million); LAN management; financial and analytical support; cost analysis; physical asset management; working capital management on $12 million, including: inventory control; accounts payable management; and accounts receivable management, including risk assessment, the extension of credit ($300,000 line of credit authority with 275 accounts), and the collection of receivables. • Reduced bad debt expenses from 0.6% of sales to less than 0.1% and increased accounts receivable percent current from less than 85% to over 90% • Developed purchasing model to assist treated buyer in reducing on-hand inventory buildup. • Region liaison between users and Information Technology department regarding accounting software changes and updates.
