A recent project allowed me to project manage the complete overhaul of our website’s redesign from planning to execution, which includes ongoing maintenance of all customer facing design materials and sales tools. Components include: logo design, brand guidelines, graphic style guides, procedural documents, brochures, business cards, legal and marketing documents, templates, letterhead, iconography, web design, graphics, animated explainer videos, and much more. The dynamics of a fast-paced environment push me to develop creative ways to enhance productivity for every member of our Team. Collaboration is the key to success in our marketing department. We plan strategies as a group, then follow our detailed processes to yield impactful results that drive business. Skillsets include proficiency in marketing automation (Pardot), website development (WordPress), user experience, development of landing pages, templates, emails, SEO, content marketing, content writing, and graphic design. My focus is to make it easy for our customers to understand the value our company delivers, ultimately growing our customer base and revenue. My most recent role as Digital Marketing Manager hones my focus on the customer journey. It is crucial that I put myself in the customer’s shoes at all times. Only through this mindset, am I able to design the most appropriate solution for customers. All research and recommendations are carefully documented and then reported to the team. I am responsible for planning projects, hitting deadlines, coordinating the team’s efforts, and executing on thoroughly educated solutions.
