With over four years of work experience in technical system support, logistics, and field operations, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who can handle complex and challenging tasks. My mission is to provide efficient and effective solutions that enhance the performance and security of information systems and health care facilities. I have a bachelor's degree in information science and a master's degree in health care facilities administration, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to navigate the dynamic and evolving fields of technology and health care. I am currently a Technical System Support Engineer at Texas Military Department, where I work with a diverse and collaborative team to ensure the optimal functioning of the department's IT infrastructure and systems.In my current role, I apply my problem-solving, analytical, and data analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, monitor and maintain system performance and security, and provide user support and training. I also leverage my previous experience as an Automated Logistical Specialist at US Army and a Field Operations Specialist/Scrum Master at Charter Communications, where I gained valuable insights into the logistics, operations, and management of multi-class warehouses, supply chains, and field projects. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methodologies, and I am committed to delivering high-quality results that meet the needs and expectations of the department and its customers.
