Senior member of Tivoli Systems professional services team providing clients with advanced level consulting on data backup and recovery methods, as well as simulated and actual disaster recovery efforts such as 911, and Katrina.• Developed and implemented enterprise wide disaster recovery, and backup and recovery plans for data centers protecting up to 160 Terabytes of incremental data per night, using Tivoli Storage Manager.• Performed client training on ADSM/TSM, Maestro/TWS, web development, process definition and refinement, and Perl/Unix shell scripting.• Developed numerous TSM and TWS architectures based upon servers, disk and tape storage products, IBM, HP, Sun, MicroSoft, and StorageTek systems.• Extensive background in IBM and competitions hardware (HP, Sun, IBM, StorageTek, FalconStor, etc.)• Work well in times of crisis – having worked (and been recognized by IBM upper management) on both the 911 and Katrina recovery efforts for IBM customers.• Team directly with IBM sales team and IBM business partners to scope, design, and propose high performance automations, and backup solutions for IBM customers.• Extensive background in data vaulting/mirroring to remote locations for site wide disasters.• Performed training and mentoring to numerous individuals to IBM’s internals staff and IBM clients, with both IBM’s training materials and custom training which was coordinated during system deployments and integrations.• Additional sales from director and management facing conversation in excess of $550k per year.
