At Anixter, an USA multinational distributor of IT infrastructure, security, and convergent solutions, I was in charge of business development with opportunities related to mission critical facilities, mainly in colocation data centers, service providers, financial, global accounts, and with global system integrators as well.Reporting to L.A. Sales VP in the United States, I managed the Multi-Tenant Data Center and Hyper Scale Accounts sales team in Brazil, while also supporting Latin America with special projects and multi-country deployment opportunities. Leading the demand creation initiative, I achieved important sales and cross selling success cases. I overcame more than 30% of my annual goals every year. Accounting in the years of 2013 and 2014, I achieved 400% of my target plan after conquering the biggest sale ever in the world with IBM as the system integrator and ITAU bank as the end user.During the years with Anixter, in 2006, I was the first sales person in Latin America being awarded for the President’s Club, event that recognizes sales performance around the world. In 2011 and 2013 I was again awarded for the President’s Club. In 2009 and 2014 I received the Award of Excellence prize, a company recognition for outstanding performance and achievements.

At Panduit, an USA multinational manufacturer of structured cabling system, as the national sales manager for the data communication division, I was responsible for the distributors, channels program, business strategy and coordination with other Latin-American countries. I started distribution agreements and development of 4 new distributors, while I was in charge of sales and training, recruiting more than 160 system integrators to the certified partners program, positioning Panduit among the 2 main brands in the market, and conquering very important projects with colocation Data Centers and Service Providers.

At IBM, an USA IT technology leading multinational, I built strong experience with Data Center, LAN/WAN project design, and mainframe physical installation planning. I was also project manager for several data centers, structured cabling and network projects deployment, managing third party contractors, and giving advice of physical security for the IBM Consulting Group. As mainframe maintenance engineer, I covered a territory with some of the biggest IBM customers, like Bradesco Bank and Nacional Bank, doing maintenance for the IBM computers and peripheral devices. In 1993, I was awarded with the "Merit for Excellence in Service" recognition, being invited by the IBM Sales division to join their sales congress, in San Francisco - CA.
