Breaking down preceding sales, finding opportunities for growth in our small departments.I work closely with our vendors, communicating what is selling and where I see opportunities we could refine our orders to better match our sale trends.

While I was drawn to Starbucks for the benefits and the ability to return to school and finish my degree. I have developed a personal connection with the partners but the regulars that frequented the store.Each day I deploy partners to better service needs of the guest, while addressing the daily responsibilities of a shift supervisor.While keeping up with the high demand and limited amount of space for product and supply storage, keeping an accurate inventory count is important. I helped developing ordering pars to ensure over ordering and store spending is kept to a minimum.

I help mentor teens in finding healthy, and positive hobbies.During the summer months I would take students mountain biking around the world famous trails of Park City, Utah. During the ride the students would learn basic skills like line choice, how to ride in a group and bike maintenance to advance skills like first aid, planning, guiding and leading group rides.During winter months I would take the students skiing and snowboarding at Park City Mountain Resort. Teaching basics to those who had never seen snow before or teaching advanced technics to those students that had skiing and snowboarding experience.Being an Experiential Education Specialist allowed me to introduce young adults new experiences that would create positive changes in their lives.Prior to the start of each season, I would inventory the bikes or snowboards, do routine inspections and determine what equipment needs for the season, like helmets, goggles, bindings, bike forks, or tires.

During the Winter Season I taught skiing and snowboarding. Clients rangers from 3 to 68 years young. I specialized in entire family private lessons, being able to teach to both skiing and snowboarding simultaneously. Because of my dedication to my clients and the product I represented, supervisors relied on me when someone had a mishap in a lesson to make it right, the recovery lesson.While teaching private and group lessons, I also committed my weekends to coaching on the Northstar Weekend Team program. Working with a group of children all season long developing them from beginners to confident individual skiers.At the beginning of each season, I worked with other top instructors and trainers to create the training program for new and returning instructors for season. Developing clinics throughout the season, helping any of the newer instructors when they needed help or had questions.During the summer seasons, downhill mountain bike coach was my main focus. Trail maintenance and trail building was role did to fill my days. Helping out with mountain operations, bike patrol, lift ops, and lift maintenance are other departments that I helped out from time to time.Working at a resort year round, one develops many roles that they can walk into. Over the years at Northstar and Park City, I worked with ground, maintenance, different parts of HR including uniforms, mountain safety, human development, and shipping and recieving.
