KEY ROLES- OTL Implementation Projects & Support / Mobile Applications Implementor - NSW Health- Payroll Production Support – NSW Health - OTL Lead integrating Project Accounting and Payroll modules for a leading Engineering company in a Global ERP Implementation – SKM (Release 12).- OTL Lead and Payroll implementer responsible for integration of the EAM/Projects/Payroll modules. Provision of support to the Regional Payroll Implementations (Aust & NZ) – Leighton Contractors incorporating the development of an Award Intepretation program to cater for 160+ industrial instruments (Release 12).- OTL Integration Design OTL with the Oracle EAM, Project Accounting and Payroll modules – HWE/Leighton Contractors (Release 12).- Global OTL Lead/Australia Payroll implementation including integration with the Projects/Payroll/HR modules. Provision of support to the Regional Payroll Implementations including execution of payroll parallel runs(Aust & UK) – WorleyParsons (Release 12)- OTL Implementation incorporating the OTL/Payroll build for an additional department within the Victorian Public Service - DPI- Oracle OTL Lead for Westpac Banking Corporation. Duties also incorporated implementation of Individual Compensation Distribution (a component of Oracle Advanced Benefits) for approx 25000 employees.- Delivery of various Oracle Education Courses:- Work Structures, People Management, OTL, Implement & Administer Oracle Payroll- OTL Solutions Architect integrating the Project Accounting Module with possible future use of the Oracle Payroll Module – Origin Energy- Oracle Payroll interface development to Third Party Bureau (ADP)

KEY ROLES- Lead MIMS Support Analyst for the Midlands Zone on the Network Rail project- Trainer - National Grid Project- Business Analyst East Midlands Electricity- Documentation of “to be” processes on the AMT-Sybex Internal HR System project.- Implementation of Time Management and Labour Costing modules for Lisheen Mine(Ireland) and Balfour Beatty Rail

- Provide help desk support for clients using the Lattice Human Resources Management Information System.- General Training in the Mincom/Ellipse Information Management System (MIMS) including all Human Resources modules.- Analyze client issues and provide possible solutions- Provide guidance and advice to fellow staff members - Train staff in the use of Lattice software - Interpret software documentation - Regular testing of system software - Regularly required for after hours on-call support- Provide reports to management when required (e.g-weekly call statistics)

- Responsible for the implementation of the companies Time & Attendance System- Configured the payroll systems award intepreter in-line with the relevant State Awards- Responsible for the processing of approx.1200-1400 staff using the Lattice payroll system- Executed parallel runs in preparation for go-live- Assisted with the implementation of an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement- Supervise the workloads of 1-2 staff- Configuration of the award interpreter in line with the relevant awards and/or certified agreement- Ensure compliance with Statutory Awards, Superannuation Legislation- Complete Weekly Reconciliations / End of Month Reconciliations and Third Party Payment cheque production
