It was established by like minded individuals who wished to put their faith into action.This compassionate outlook, enthusiasm and vision continues today in Australia. Sureway commenced operations as a training provider in 1991. We worked with business and industry to upskill their staff. This opportunity gave us insight into what skillsets employers were seeking from their employees.From 1998, we were contracted to deliver employment services to clients on behalf of the Federal Government firstly in rural, regional and remote NSW. As an Area Manager I lead a team of 11 Employment and Employer Relations Specialists in identifying Clients needs and finding employment resulting in:* 98.8% achievement of Employment Targets in my first quarter from October to December 2018.* 110% achievment of Employment Targets in Quarter 4 2018-19, the only area from 16 to do so.* In the top 4 Area's from 16 area's in the last 3 quarters - Q4, Q1 and Q2. * The number one area for the last 3 quarters combined - Q4, Q1 and Q2.* Leaderboard Results resulted in March 2020 Star Ratings. From 3 x 1 star sites and 2 sites moving into one star when I began, in 14months I managed to turn the result around to one 1 star rating with all other sites moving into positive percentile movement including a 1 star site moving to 4 star territory.

GA provides a suite of services in the retail industry, from the development and execution of complex store closing programs to targeted store opening programs to advising on mergers and acquisitions. As a Stock Consultant for the company I have formalised relationships with business's to help achieve agreed goals including:-* Advising and implementing recommended solutions in Stock pricing and merchandising to achieve maximum profit in a major big box environment close down. This resulted in a 90cent return on the dollar, up from the original expectation of 50cents in the dollar.* Networking with 8 store teams to assist in the closure of a national retail fashion chain.* Located to America for 13 weeks to lead and manage a Bon-Ton group department store liquidation. Assisted a team of 10 managers and 60+ staff, guiding them through the liquidation process. Acheived a 2x multiplier in sales helping the store to a top 20 ranking within 230 stores nationwide. By the end of my Tenure the store was also top 10 for fixture sales.

BP is a global petroleum company and BP retail manages over 230 company owned and operated stores and are one of Australia’s leading convenience retailers.As an Area Manager I had the responsibility for the Operational Management of 15 regional service stations with a team of 120+, annual sales of $20m and 90 Million litres fuel Volume.Achievements* Turning Ebit from $6m 2015 to $8m 2016* Consistently achieved total labour Target costs through both years.

Western Nsw

Liquorland is one of Australia’s most popular convenient Liquor store’s with over 800 sites nationally across 3 brands and apart of the successful Coles food and liquor business. As an Area Manager I had the responsibility for the Operational Management of 10-12 regional Liqourland stores with a team of 60+ and annual sales of $23M.Acheivements* The area was ranked in the top 20 of 60 area's Nationally across 16 measured KPI's for the 4 years of the ranking system. Acheiving ranks of 20th,16th, 12th and 5th.* I succesfully opened 2 new stores, working with the projects team to ensure a smooth opening period, recruiting for the business and working with Financials to create a clear picture of future trading.

As a Store Manager i was responsible for the day to day management of a team 6-8 and sales of $80-100K.Acheivements* Completing $75K in sales for one day.* Multing-siting The 2 Orange Liquor stores for Combined sales of $130k a week during 2006-2007
