As head of my firm's Professional Liability practice I focus on representing professionals, including lawyers, licensed health care providers and academics in civil litigation including the defense of professional liability damages actions. My team also has wide experience in appearing for professionals in partnership disputes, licensing investigations and in the trial of both disciplinary and malpractice cases. I also regularly consult with, and provide CLE qualified training for, law firms and corporate legal departments on risk management and legal ethics topics. I regularly am engaged as an expert witness in those areas.
