The position of web producer falls under the umbrella of ecommerce and customer service relations. The daily goal is to make sure the customer feels the emotion of in-store shopping via computer, tablet, or mobile device. By working in content management systems we work closely with web developers, web merchandisers, marketing, and creative teams to find innovative ways to bridge the gap between online shopping and in-store shopping. As graduate assistant to the men's basketball team at Saint Joseph's University, my primary job was to communicate with other schools the exchanging of game film. Once game films were received I created scouting reports of opponents as well as game break downs for our player's to study their in-game habits. In addition to film work, I regularly communicated with alumni and program supporters to give them tours of new athletic facilities as well as campus changes.
