CurrentI am a senior leader in UU's property team and have managed since 2012 UU's outsourced Facilities Management Contract which provides a comprehensive range of FM services across 350 sites including our Head Office Campus at Lingley Mere Warrington, Regional Offices, Call Centres, Transport Depots and Operational Sites. I am also responsible for UU's leasehold portfolio comprising of offices and depots dealing with all Landlord and Tenant related matters across the North West. From June 2017 I became responsible for our Workplace and Accommodation strategy including management of all Workplace moves projects and building refurbishments.Prior to my current role I worked on UU's non regulated Property Company Assets and was responsible for managing the freehold commercial property portfolio, covering all aspects of asset management.
