● Produce performances for students in grades k-12 both in schools and at Ravinia● Manage program planning for seasonal and/or short term initiatives● Oversee day-to-day program operations and logistics of assigned projects● Database management ● Oversee technical aspects of large scale education performances ● Serve as a support administrator in the implementation of programs and associated events. ● Serve as the main point of contact, and on site set up lead for several student and guest artist performances in schools, and at Ravinia.

• Coordinate all technical aspects of concerts produced by Ravinia Festival. This includes all audio, lighting, video, rigging and artist security needs, as well as day of show scheduling.• Coordinate local crew staffing with both IATSE and Teamster unions for all concerts/live events.• Oversee production advance details of concerts, in up to 4 performance spaces.• Coordinate the artist security needs in all performance spaces and secure artist areas.• Coordinate backline and equipment rentals with outside vendors as needed.• Participate in production meetings with department leaders and clients as needed• Act as primary point of contact for artists and management upon arrival at Ravinia Festival; greet artists / management, and introduce them to production staff.• Facilitate proper pre-show announcements• Manage and coordinate run of show (Arrival, load in/sound check beginning and end times, start of show timing, house and stage lighting, etc.)• Coordinate all tour vehicle arrivals and parking, including shore power needs for buses and trucks.

Oversee and coordinate the interactions between the venue / artist management and the artists, leading up to and including the day of their show. This includes marking contracts, ensuring deposits are sent in a timely fashion and advancing show details with the touring party. Ensuring all details in the Artist Settlement are correct. Be available as the artist’s main point of contact on the day of their show. Facilitate and maintain proper housing and hospitality needs prior to and during their time with City Winery. Coordinate and ensure the show starts in a timely fashion. Coordinate with operational personnel any artist needs relating to their fans including merchandising, guest lists, and ticketed VIP meet and greets.
