The alignment with Rupie's focus made it an ideal candidate for a merger.As Interim CTO, my contributions included:- Successfully navigated a 3-month acquisition process as the sole co-founder transitioning into Flex Data, Inc., leading the migration of all technical, sales, and marketing components from Rupie within an accelerated 5-week timeframe.- Leveraged in-depth knowledge of Rupie's intellectual property to identify new synergistic go-to-market offerings and revenue models, integrating them with Flex's unique gameplay assessment capabilities.- Established comprehensive planning and technical blueprints for project and sales management, laying the groundwork for future revenue streams and enhancing the company's market position.
