Directed all technical aspects of the mindSHIFT Managed Services solution which included 50,000+ workstations, 5000 servers, and 300 data circuits in 20 states. Responsible for both tactical and strategic guidance to a staff inclusive of network, software, security and hardware engineers, project managers, and software developers (approx. 50 people). Planned, justified, and managed an annual department budget of $6MM+. Established corporate relationships with Dell, HP, Microsoft, Equinix, AT&T, MCI and a number of VARs. Responsible for the creation and management of a $10MM network infrastructure.
