I am driven by impact. I have a 10+ year career of joining startups in their early days (Seed-Series C) and immediately contributing by using a solution consulting-based approach in order to build strong, trust-based relationships with everyone from high-growth startups to prominent F500 enterprise companies. My passion is solving problems and you cannot do that effectively without constantly learning about your product, the market, and, most importantly, your customers. That means asking questions, taking time to think and map solutions out, and then executing on your plans.I've been the first Sales Engineer several times over and have helped develop early selling strategy, build demo flows, expand into new markets/industries/company sizes, and empower sales reps through strong partnerships with technical selling resources.I believe that leadership starts with attitude and effort, not title.
