I founded Adaptek Consulting to leverage my experience in Project and Program Management to assist companies with diverse IT Infrastructure requirements.Throughout my career I have found the most rewarding aspect of my role is in being able to manage diverse teams on business critical projects that help organizations achieve their strategic objectives. I managed two large Data Center Consolidation Programs in EMEA that had several other Project Managers allocated as project leads. I was responsible for managing the overall program and ensuring that all milestones were met. I distributed a weekly program status report and held a weekly Stakeholder call with the executive management team in order to ensure effective communication flowed regarding the projects accomplishments as well as challenges. The program was completed on-time and on-budget with no adverse client facing impact.I also managed numerous client projects responsible for generating new revenue as well as working with existing clients to support platform migrations and Disaster Recovery requirements.
