 Procure the products from vendor to achieve the 98% fulfillment.  To impart system and process training to vendor for smooth process. Coordinate with inventory, pricing and Buying and Sourcing team to resolve the vendor issues regarding inventory, pricing, catalog and their promotional activity. Rationalization of Vendors on the basis of their catalog, order volume, Customer Returns, Fulfillment, orders fulfillment TAT And QC Rejection. To coordinate with the vendors to improve the orders Fulfillment TAT to increase their sale and better customer experience. To arrange the packing material for a vendor on the basis of their sale and category to ensure smooth day to day operations. To resolve the issue related the returns i.e. non-recipient of return, wrongly returned, damaged/short returned and provide the resolution accordingly. Monitoring the default vendors on the basis of their sale, cancellation, defaulting in Pick up and breaching the process. Arrange the logistics for the vendor to pick up their orders and keep tracking for outstation vendors.
