Former Professor of Practice in Leadership and Management at Queen’s Business School, part of Queen’s University Belfast, a world top-200 university that is a member of the UK’s Russell Group. I was the interim head of the Management subject group within the School, and I led two major executive leadership programmes, including the Advanced Manufacturing Leadership Programme. I was responsible for teaching and coaching our undergraduate, MBA and executive students, and for developing our relationships with businesses within and beyond Northern Ireland. I conducted research on business leadership from the perspective of a former business leader and worked as an accredited Executive Coach, motivated to help leaders identify their purpose and achieve their potential.
