Senior Project Management Analyst
CurrentSAIC split, and became Leidos Inc in October of 2013. In my current role as a Senior Project Management Analyst, I provide on-site contract support for a NAVSEA customer. Responsibilities include:-Analyze, diagnose, and update client’s previous financial management processes including ground-up design and creation of all financial budgeting models -Build, maintain, and automate 115-employee time-phased staffing plans for dozens of submarine-related Naval programs-Create and develop improved financial methodologies and tools for client using automated MS Excel solutions and resource loaded networks in MS Project-Foster relationships with on-site project leads, setting short and long-term project budgets and targeting potential improvement areas-Interact directly with customer senior management to provide accurate data on project finances, performance and goals -Ensure financial compliance with required government expenditure rates based on FMB target guidelines and internally determined program goals-Facilitate and streamline SAIC/Leidos program management through autonomous management of 450+ contract SLINS on more than 45 products spanning 5 contract vehicles and 15 sub-contractors -Provide secondary approval for both weekly Timecards and Deltek T&E approvals
