• Source, identify, and develop candidates through multiple channels, including mining online resources such as internal/external job boards and associations, social/professional networking sites etc.• Cold call, manage email campaigns, network, and perform other key words and targeted searches for qualified candidates.• Provide the Talent Acquisition Partners with shortlists within the agreed timescale.• Evaluate profiles of potential candidates, and conduct preliminary phone screen assessments and telephone interviews.• Build and maintain proactive relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline of talent by targeting similar companies and investigating competitor approaches to recruitment.• Proactively research and investigate innovative ways to identify new candidates.• Head hunt and recruit passive candidates, and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.• Possess a complex understanding of all roles in all departments.• Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Partners in role qualificaton meetings.• All other ad-hoc duties as required within the role.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Ensure all pre-employment screening is carried out on time, and is compliant with the Pre-Employment Screening Policy. - Highlight any outstanding information or risks the Talent Acquisition Manager. - Provide an efficient and accurate administrative service to the recruitment team. - Support the new starter’s engagement process providing the best experience for the candidate and the hiring manager.- Provide all-round support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Partners, and team.- Co-ordinate calls and emails, complete reference checks, advertise job vacancies, issue and manage new starter information and generally oversee the smooth running of the administration for each candidate.- Hold conversations with prospective new starters and employees in relation to any queries regarding their pre-employment checks.- Review, monitor and update other logs impacted by recruitment e.g. new starter log, RAF log, HR Error/ Query Log.- File and shred recruitment notes in line with DPA requirements.- Management of the Recruitment Enquires Voicemail and being the first point of contact for the recruitment ‘hotline’.- Post all adverts online and through any other medium, and issue internal vacancies bulletin on a weekly basis.- Support the HR administration team in the provision of contracts and the production of new starter paperwork where required. - All other ad-hoc duties as required within the role.
