I have spent my entire career challenging and supporting leaders to facilitate their effectiveness and development. Equipped with a doctorate in psychology, I have worked with individuals, teams and organisations in the corporate, public and charity sectors on five continents. I have taught courses at Harvard and Oxford Universities and now, as Professor in Leadership at Henley Business School in the UK, I continue to pour my enthusiasm and expertise into the experienced executives who attend my programmes and the organisations they serve. It is a privilege and I love it.
