Comienzo un nuevo reto en nuevo sector. Espero escribir muchas nuevas líneas...En Hispagraf y Adhegraf, empresas del sector de artes gráficas, ocupo el cargo de Gerente desde Octubre de 2015.

HP signed a support application contract (with incident and problem management) with Carrefour. For 3 years we (all the team with me) as Account Delivery Manager had to:- Implement all the transition and transformation projects to provide the service to our customer with HP standards and tools.- Provide the service for N1 and N2 with decentralized sites (Coruña-León-Madrid) and with Accenture for N2 Expert in the same service for the following countries: France, Russia, Turkey and Spain. Complex delivery service with lots of application platforms, multilingual and continuously in transformation.- Prepare the renewing process for the contract with HP specialised teams. We got the RFP in 2012.- With this new contract, and with a new perimeter, we adapted our service and teams to focus more on the Problem Management process in order to reduce working together with Carrefour teams the number of incidents.- In the last period, I led the Production Service that maintained much of the critical application services, working together with the application support service.

After HP signed an outsourcing contract with Morgan Stanley, we implemented all the transition and transformation projects to provide the service to our customer with HP standards and tools. Firstly I was the Change Manager in a critical period (with lots of changes).After a sales proccess between Morgan Stanley and La Caixa, and now as Account Delivery Manager, we had to implement the requiered projects to migrate or move all the critical business applications and IT services to La Caixa´s infrastructure.

As Wintel Team Leader I was in charge of maintaining and developing all the wintel infrastructure of Morgan Stanley in Spain, for around 40 branches, and 200 servers. Business applications operation in this platform.Complex projects like Windows O.S. or Exchange version upgrades were managed by my team
