Supporting Freshfields’ Senior Partner and Global Leadership Team in the day-to-day running of the firm’s Management Office, and contributing to the successful delivery of firmwide projects and initiatives.

Central role to the management and marketing of Freshfields' international arbitration practice in Asia, including:- Practice management: oversaw Freshfields' international arbitration practice in Asia, including client liaison on relationship management, financials and billing, and professional development for legal support professionals.- Knowledge management: worked as part of a global team on global knowledge resources and databases, CPD for lawyers, and precedent and information management.- Legal project management: focusing on case management and hearing coordination.- Business development and marketing: led on client proposals and briefings, legal table submissions, and client relationship development.

Responsible for the management of Freshfields' international arbitration caseload in Asia, coordination of arbitration hearings, and provision of knowledge and precedent management services to Freshfields' international arbitration team worldwide.

Provision of legal support to Freshfields' international arbitration practice in Asia, including legal research, documentary record management, and support to colleagues and clients at arbitration hearings.

Advised clients on matters relating to commercial and property law, and in relation to not-for-profit legal matters.

Advised clients on all aspects of family law, including property settlement, children’s care arrangements and child support.

Conducted legal research for a Judge of the Appeals Division of the Court, as well as assisting with case management functions.

Conducted legal research for all Judges of the trial division of the Court in Brisbane, as well as assisting with case management functions.
