Dr David Perrin is a specialist in accreditation within Higher Education, including the accreditation of prior learning. He is Framework Leader for one of the largest university work based learning programmes in Europe, which recruits students both from the UK and international markets. David can give advice about effective methods for accrediting higher level learning, and about how degrees, Master's degrees and Doctorates can be gained from the learning associated with practice-based activity. He also advises on issues related to academic credit and negotiated learning in HE.He now works for the University part-time. His original academic background was in politics and political economy, and he still writes extensively in this field, including in the current affairs press.
