As a project manager with CSR Consulting I work closely with dairy farmers to implement the Caring Dairy Program for Ben & Jerry's.

• Oversee the day to day management and logistics of a 1000 cow dairy operation and 500 head heifer operation. Responsibilities include but not limited to herd health and reproduction to achieve milk production goals• Manage a staff of 9 employees primarily of Spanish origin, coordinate work schedules and duties. • Maintenance of dairy infrastructure including, but not limited to parlor equipment, barn equipment and bedding separator.• Coordinate all orders related to the running of the dairy operation with outside vendors and review pricing on an as needed basis.• Day to day interactions include outside support personnel from veterinarians, nutritionist and breeders to help meet farm goals through established teams and directing their services on farm

• Estimate and bid commercial excavation projects • Purchase materials• Daily organization of employees & subcontractors• Project layout and grades

• Prepare estimates for engineering and surveying projects• Field Surveys for engineering and surveying projects• Drafting and design work for residential wastewater projects• Drafting and deed research for various survey projects• Attend public meetings and present projects to town boards for approval
