Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center regarding the receiving, picking, packaging and shipping of all products.-Monitor workflow and manage labor resources within areas of responsibility to meet the daily needs of internal and external customers.-Lead a team of 6 direct employees and over 47 contingency workers ensuring all products are properly packaged and delivered within a timely manner.-Actively Communicate between distribution center and couriers ensuring all route and procedure changes are relayed in an effort to provide a streamlined delivery process for customers

- Partnered with my Captain team to develop a TSAT action plan based off of the TSAT results implementing new procedures to ensure consistency among the team.-Effectively lead the team through both HHN and winter peak hitting new top 5 hourly counts as well as new daily ridership counts through coaching and being present to assist when needed.-Took ownership over the Pump Up The Volume walks , conducting daily walks to attempt to get the team ready for A rating with an eye for guest service as well as overall venue quality

-Assisted in the commissioning and grand opening of a new marquee attraction relaying operational feedback and safety concerns to management-Collaborated with the creative team to develop the preshow , leading to the creation of a new position designed to fully immerse guests in the storyline-Coached team members on how to perform in the spieling positionsand developed proper etiquette and best practices while consistently keeping fellow preshowteam members updated and providing feedback on performances-Partnered with Talent Development to create training material ensuring consistency in preshow expectations
