I led the Property Strategy, Portfolio Investment, Location Planning, Data Analytics and 3rd Party Concessions teams in the Property division at Sainsbury's.

• Lead development of property strategy with Property Leadership team and own the communication to Ops and PLC board• Define insight agenda and briefing leaders on emerging space challenges and opportunities in UK food and grocery market place• Develop a process for updating and adjusting the network plans and property strategy by location leading to clear location based planning for all Sainsbury's stores• Support property with adhoc strategic project work as required • Conduit for Strategy, Investor relations and space and formats teams on property aspects
