This includes being part of 4-person executive team that founded a multi-site business in 1993 and sold in 1999 with 300 employees. Having lived and worked in Asia, Africa and Portugal over a 12-year period and worked on projects that span across a number of different cultures and nationalities I have strong experience of working in an international environment.
