My passion is to bring people together - managers and their groups - so they can work with each other to define and accomplish their goals. In all the 25 years that I’ve worked in different businesses nothing comes close to the feeling of accomplishment of helping make people and organizations work smoothly and efficiently.I’ve been in the trenches and have built and turned-around businesses. Because of that, I understand the issues confronting today’s senior leaders. They need to begin by hiring good people, educate them on the objectives to be accomplished, then let them be responsible and own their jobs. My feeling is this is best done by using a coaching and mentoring approach to get people engaged to the corporate vision.
