Currently service leader at the Lisbon Service Center (Willis Towers Watson). Since starting in Willis Towers Watson I built competencies that allow me to: - Manage large technical projects (several concurrently) - Manage workflow for an office of ~80 colleagues- Oversee the work done by up to 25 project managers accross several service lines and different business areas,- Develop processes and tools that both aid the day to day aspects of our work and ensure its delivery- Increase efficiency and the quality of the work delivered by the services i'm a part of- Using an array of software packages both for technical and non-technical work- Work directly with colleagues accross several countries, projects and service lines- Deliver training sessions on largely technical aspects- Win a chairmans award in 2015In Willis Towers Watson I also accumulated functions such as- Team leader- Service line leader- Aiding in setting the budget for upcoming fiscal years- Forecasting work- Professional Excellence champion (including compliance)- Reviewing work for several projects
