CurrentSpearheads the agency’s efforts to increase arts opportunities for students and citizens in rural, underserved communities and business development opportunities for artists. Manages the agency’s implementation of strategic plan objectives, supports the leadership team's process for measuring accomplishments, and provides regular progress reports to the board. Continues to move the agency forward in diversity, equity, and inclusion practices by evaluating whether grants, programs, and resources meet the agency's goal of ensuring equitable access and quality service. Ensures that staff capacity matches agency growth and encourages staff to gain professional development that enhances their skill; implemented a new onboarding process to prepare new staff for their roles betterand to improve communications with current staff.
