Responsibilities include managing the financial underwriting, evaluation, and financing of the company’s and clients’ real estate developments. These duties require the sourcing, structuring and closing of first mortgage debt, mezzanine debt and equity / joint venture transactions. This also includes sourcing public infrastructure capital such as TIF financing, tax abatement, historic tax credits, new community authority and capital lease structuring.
