With extensive experience as a technical team manager, program manager, and a leader in product design, I have a comprehensive understanding project management processes. I have successfully built and led multi-disciplinary project teams in new product development for robotic warehousing, engineering services, and most recently for Apple and ecobee consumer product programs. My leadership has been instrumental in directing cross-functional teams in developing new products, facilitating training, and driving change management initiatives.
