During my time at IBM I've worked on a number of large scale government projects at DWP and HMRC. My role as a lead BA on all these projects has been to engage with key stakeholders (internal and external) and gather/analyse/document/communicate the requirements to deliver new IT systems. I work closely with product owners, delivery teams, senior management and external stakeholders to succesfully deliver new system features. I also ensure processes are agreed and mapped with all parties involved by conducting GAP analysis in order to faciliate the changes taking place.
