Experienced Director of Operations, worked as member of Senior Executive and attending Board meetings helping to shape and deliver our strategy.Responsible for all operational aspects of authorisation, supervision and enforcement of individuals and firms regulated by CILEx Regulation. Developed the risk assessment process used for authorising legal practices seeking to deliver regulated legal services, drafting applications to the Legal Services Board, and gaining legislative change.Represented CRL and had personal responsibility for work with groups related to AML & Financial Sanctions supervision, government departments, other professional bodies, and the oversight regulators ensuring we meet our legislative requirements. I worked for 30 years as a Commercial & Office Manager in Retail, Commercial, Corporate and Head Office roles within Lloyds Banking Group managing risk across a variety of areas.I am a trustee of a local charity, member of an Academy Council and Audit Risk committee member for the Trust. In future would like to continue using my experience and skills in other trustee and committee roles.
