I manage the P&L and lead the fastest growing and most profitable segment of Tripp Lite. Tripp Lite is an international manufacturer and seller of over 4000 technology products in IT equipment connectivity and control, electronic devices, battery backups, power control, and rack systems. I am responsible for achieving an annual growth rate in excess of 20% and have been successfully achieving this objective year over year. I currently manage thousands of products and consistently launch hundreds more annually. I am responsible for the negotiations with and management of suppliers worldwide, applying my 20 years of international sourcing and vendor relationship management experience. I established and lead a product management team which has achieved its milestones and completed deliverables since its inception.

I founded and launched the Cables and Connectivity Division at Tripp Lite. I launched products in multiple categories, including digital signage, computer accessories, network management, fiber & copper cabling, and device charging. I effectively penetrated IT, industrial, medical, and pro-AV markets. I managed a team that was focused on growing the division and launching new products. I managed product lifecycle planning activities and established strong cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
