Barge Foreman on pipelay and derrick barge Kaizen 4000.

Working in Tanzania currently on a 28 and 24 inch pipeline installation with Plem and chain as well as SPM. Setting up barge and doing beach pull of 24 and 28 inch. Worked in Iraq Project of 5 48 inch beach pull pipelines and laying out to various locations. Working with divers, Welding team as well as supervising riggers and crane operators. Pre approve all anchor positions with Anchor Foreman's. Communicate with onshore personnel as well as Client and Barge Superintendent. Gave Toolbox talks and Safety meetings.

Bigfoot 1 & Bigfoot 3; Worked on Bigfoot 1 in Bulgaria and Russia doing pipeline installations as Anchor Foreman. Plotting and guiding anchor tugs to anchor positions. Worked on deck assisting Barge Forman and Divers. Also directing crane movements plus bringing in pipe barge and support vessels. Transfer to Bigfoot3 as Barge Foreman/ Marine Consultant in Turkey. Advised Marine Captain on anchor positions, Deck activities as well as train Tower Operators. Consulted with Clients with ongoing activities and scopes of work. Directed Safety meetings as well as Safety Inspections.

Worked on DLB318 in Nigeria preforming pipeline and cable installations as well as risers. Setting of concrete mattresses. Directing Deck Crew and Tower Operators of job scope and safety. Communications with Clients and Barge Superintendents as well as Platform Personnel. Seeing that all permits were issued and all safety measures met. Also directed upgrades on refurbishing of the barge itself. Transfer to the 82 as Barge Foreman to supervise deck crew as well as hook up crew on platform upgrades.

Worked in the Gulf of Mexico on the Derrick Barge Wotan preforming Offshore Platform Installations and Salvage up to 550 tons. Inspected rigging as well as cranes. Supervised bringing in M/B and Crew boats. Directed crane movements in the up lifting of jackets, decks, and heliport. Installed cassions and piles. Supervised driving of piles to job specs. Held toolbox and safety meeting and wrote J.S.A.'s on job task to be performed. Mobbing and demobbing barge from dock to job location and setting up and plotting anchor positions.
