On road delivery supervisor maintaining the safety of our delivery drivers while servicing our loyal customers. Monthly safety training is key for our drivers to be the best in our industry and providing professional customer service relations.

Duties include, but are not limited to, fire suppression and emergency medical services under highly stressful emergency conditions. Also, fire prevention, public education, apparatus and station maintenance, always focusing on providing quality customer service

Primary liaison between the Group and our Corporate Fleet Operations Department (NVA – New Vehicle Acquisitions)Coordination with Dealerships, After-market vendors and service facilitiesWeekly and daily reports (both verbal and hard copy) to teams regarding delivery status, aftermarket status, order status, etc.Provide exceptional customer service to customers, sales team and vendors (Dealerships / Aftermarket Vendors / Transport Companies / etc)Establish / Maintain reasonable expectations with customers, sales team and vendorsPerform other various administrative functions and assist with special projects within the department
