Prag is an executive attorney with almost 30 years of experience in diverse management, legal and business functions. David has a broad legal experience in commercial law, contracts, banking, real estate and litigation, providing legal and business solutions as well as consultation to top level managers and counterparts. Also, David has an unusually extensive experience in negotiating and dealing with government and commercial agencies in Israel and abroad. As of 2012 David is the regional ME manager and legal advisor for the Singapore-Japanese investment group, and in parallel he is a partner in an Japanese-Israeli business and trade Connections Company. A year before, David retired from the Israeli Security Agency (ISA), where he held high ranking positions in both the legal and operational units for over 25 years. From 1998 to 2003 David was the Regional Attaché at the Israeli Embassy in Tokyo, responsible for Japan, Korea, Thailand and Singapore. David holds a LL.B in Law from Tel Aviv University, M.A. in Public Management from Derby University. David is also a Certified Board Director, a Certified Mediator and a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
