Retail Lending Functions:* Designed, built and maintain the Retail Lending Scorecard. Included identifying data sources and building out the Retail Executive's vision. The Scorecard is currently being leveraged to drive target discussions during monthly business review.* Variance analysis and explanation for various metrics used to measure Retail Lending actuals to plan. * Built and maintain a library to view competitor data. It is used for Retail Lending Asset Class managers to stay close to competitor actions and results. Basel Functions: Lead role for production, analysis and vetting of the quarterly Non-material and Principal of Conservatism exposure reporting. The Retail Asset Class non-material portfolio is roughly $700M.• Assist in the management of the model performance and segmentation production, analysis and variance explanation for the Retail Asset Class.• Accurate categorization/sub-categorization for Retail Assets, as it relates to the Bank’s Basel requirements.• Partnered with the Basel Office on various projects and initiatives. Acted as the Subject Matter Expect to help partners build and develop monthly and quarterly reports to assist with data interpretation.• Designed and developed controls to support Basel certification.

• Played a critical role in the development, design and continued production of the quarterly Basel II Summary packet. The document is presented to and reviewed by the Executive Committee. It has also been shared with Federal Reserve representatives. • Management of all Risk Weighted Assets defects and issues. Presented status report to project committee on a weekly basis. During my assignment, outstanding items decreased by 50% from 554 to 277.• Significant contribution on the progress of the General Ledger reconciliation project. • Assist with the implementation of the Hyperion Essbase Risk Weighted Assets reporting tool and the training of fellow employees on system functionality. • Various ad-hoc analytic requests, including the FDIC impacts to individual Lines of Business within the corporation.
