As Chairman of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, David Priebe focuses on advancing Guy Carpenter’s engagement with clients and markets to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that help them drive profitable growth. Mr. Priebe, who has held various leadership roles at Guy Carpenter since 1981, was most recently Vice Chairman. He is a member of Guy Carpenter’s Executive Committee and works with regional leaders to support relationships with our clients. He also oversees Guy Carpenter’s Global Capital Solutions Group. In earlier roles, Mr. Priebe was responsible for the firm’s global specialty practices and analytics operations, and was responsible for business units including Structured Risk, Global Marketing, Business Development, Market Relationship Management, Market Insights and R&D. From 2004 to 2007, he oversaw the firm’s UK and Continental Europe Operations. Under his leadership, Guy Carpenter initiated its Global Property Specialty Practice and ultimately twenty-two specific line of business center of excellence groupsDavid holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from St. Lawrence University and is a graduate of the AICPCU/Wharton Advanced Executive Education Program.
