Lead the IT teams responsible for the operations of BCBST’s core processing system Facets and its Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform. Facets Operations includes the administration of Facets batch servers and schedule, support for users and Facets-integrated applications across all production and non-production environments, and the coordination and implementation of new TriZetto product releases and hotfixes. Enterprise Middleware Solutions includes the development and support of an IBM and TriZetto-based middleware infrastructure, including IBM’s WebSphere Message Broker, MQ, DataPower, Service Registry and Repository (WSRR), and Business Process Manager (BPM), and TriZetto’s eFacets/FXI, TriZetto Communication System (TCS) and TriZetto Security Framework (TSF).

Managed the transformation from an hosted model with Cerner to a hybrid vendor and in-house developed solution utilizing Oracle, IBM, Orion, Initiate, Allscripts, and MedAI.
