Joined a underwater robotics research and development team during the summer of 2016. I researched 3D mapping for a robotic search and capture arm, with the purpose of implementing collision avoidance during the robot's pathfinding. I left the team with a detailed research document based off of my work and integration of a Microsoft Kinect with the arm. The document will help them in the future when a new sensor is needed for the intended environment.

Led a team in a two month cybersecurity challenge and served a role as mentor for said team. Teams were given a challenge to create their own security company, identify the client's most critical IT assets, prototype a vulnerability scanner, and baseline the client's system's current threat level, while implementing solutions at the lowest cost possible. Teams competed for an artificial 10 year, $10 million contract from the client. Our team won the challenge. Below are some attachments of what we did.
