Responsible for rooms division department. Putting together a front office team as well a working together with housekeeping department, with goals and deadlines together to meet expectations. Established goals with the team with daily, weekly and monthly responsabilities to ensure progress and improvements in trainings, standards and innovations. Liase with other departments with a roadmap for the opening of the hotel. Assisted with job interviews for Security Manager and SPA department.Successfully launch a new PMS, Hiltons implementation of Property Engagement Platform (PEP) on November 15th 2024.

AAA Five Diamand Award , was a wonderful experience of being part of this beautiful and unique property. The sunsets, ocean views from the cliffs and lobby is one of the best in Mexico. Very friendly, warm and genuine service from all staff.
