David Quintas is a former BIG4 CPA with extensive experience in audit, financial reporting and technical accounting. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit practice and left as a Manager to work in the private industry. After public accounting, she joined ReachLocal, a privately held company, preparing to go public. David helped ReachLocal through the IPO process as the SEC Reporting Manager. he later joined United Online as the Director of Financial Reporting and was responsible for SEC Reporting and technical accounting. As a professional in the accounting and financial arena, David strength is understanding the skills required to be successful in various positions.
