• Supported the creation of 5 sustainable agriculture businesses run by the students of The School Enterprise Challenge as Project Manager for Teach A Man To Fish in Kenya, with support of other NGOs.
• Produced business plans for student-owned Dairy, Tree Nursery, Pineapple Farm and Beauticians, drawing in support for NGOs, such as ECO Finder, Free Kenia and Accounts for International Development and local businesses.
• Trained 300 students and 12 staff on a monthly basis on academic, business and IT subjects.
• Advertised and managed international volunteer placements and created the Local Volunteer Scheme.
• Worked closely with local agencies, such as the Police and government to deal with issues of corruption within previous school administration.
