AutoCAD Draftsman/Project Leader/Designer for Architectural Construction Documents in Commercial and Residential Construction.1. Project Leader and CAD/Revit drafting and design of commercial and residential buildings including allaspects of a complete set of Construction Documents.2. Layout and design at schematic stages for building structures, site layout grading and landscaping.Knowledgeable about Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical standards and requirements tocoordinate the building envelope requirements between all members of the design team.3. Direct communication and coordination with all members of the design team including civil, structural,electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, as well as third party vendors, suppliers, and contractors.4. Responsibilities also included code compliance with building codes, fire codes, ADA, Fair Housing Act, HUDDesign Guidelines, local zoning and landscaping ordinances, and numerous other codes and regulationsregarding the construction of commercial and residential buildings.5. Construction administration and oversight including, change orders, addendums, on site job inspectionsand reports, shop drawings, job site meetings to address conflicts with the construction documents, as-builts,etc.6. Licensed as a Residential Contractor in the state of Arkansas 2007-2009.7. Bilingual English/Spanish Church of Christ Missionary/Preacher.
