I head up delivery of professional services at AA Projects including Rights of Light, Daylight Sunlight (for Planning), Party Wall matters, Oversailing Licences and Expert Witness. I deal with projects across the country and am currently advising on large scale developments in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle.Our main focus is the assessment of Rights of Light injuries by way of laser scanning, point clouds, 3D computer modelling and specialist light analysis followed by negotiations, redesign guidance or insurance. I regularly present at seminars on Rights of Light to any interested parties to raise awareness and knowledge of the subject throughout construction consultancy.
